DuPont, the original inventors of rubber, owns the registered trademark Viton®. Viton® is a high-quality product, characterized by its extraordinary resistance. It has high tensile strength and is resistant to damage, extreme temperatures, or aggressive substances.

This type of rubber stands out from other vulcanized materials available on the market due to its valuable properties:

  •     good for high vacuum applications,
  •     resistance to ozone and UV radiation,
  •     resistance to mineral oil and grease, including those
  • containing additives to improve their mixtures,
  •     resistance to inorganic acids such as sulphuric, hydrochloric, phosphoric and nitric acids,
